29 Weeks

Wow 29 weeks is BIG!
Went to the doctor this week and all looks good. I am 21 pounds heavier than I started and Meatwad is doing great!
I went walking on Saturday with my friend Meg before we hit some yard sales and my old volleyball spandex from high school are all that really fit well now.
PS belly botton is out on the top and still in on the bottom :)

Queens Hospital Tour

Tom and I took a tour of Queens Hospital

Everything looked great!

Wow, there were a lot of pregnant women in one place!

We saw the brightest rainbow ever on the way there. The picture does not do it justice:)

28 Weeks

28 Weeks!

aka: Third Trimester

27 Weeks

A sunny Hawaii day at Kaneohe Bay and the beach

Maternity clothes? Yes. It has been so hot lately, I need to go buy a pair or two of shorts. 

Stretch marks? No

Sleep: Going to bed early, Cano and Rocky slept with me one night, as a special treat

Best moment this week: Riding on the boat with Tom, bringing everyone to the sandbar and back

Movement: Yes! Meatwad kicks for spicy food

Food cravings: sauerkraut

Belly Button in or out? flat

What I am looking forward to: Tom's birthday on Saturday

26 Weeks Weekly Update... a few days late.

So my great friend Renee, (who has helped and supported me every step of the way) and I have started to think of as "The Baby Guru," gave me these questions to add to my weekly blog.
How far along? 26 weeks 4 days


Maternity clothes? Yes! Mostly jeans and a tee to work.

Stretch marks? No.

Sleep: No prob.

Best moment this week: Picking out the crib my dad bought for Meatwad.

Movement: Yes! In the morning if I eat breakfast and lay back down. At night if I stay up past 10pm

Food cravings: Tom has the cravings. Pizza this week, last week sausage and peppers, the week before clam bake

Belly Button in or out? In, but moving in the outward direction

What I miss: training for the marathon with the girls

What I am looking forward to: picking out a "coming home" outfit

Weekly Wisdom: It is easy and worth haggling with people on craigslist. I bought a buffet table for $35 and a glider for $40 :)

Funny school story...

So I see my former students all day as I walk from one part of campus to the next. They always are shouting out, "Hi Mrs. Britt!" So, lately they have been yelling (from pretty far distances) "Hi Baby Britt" I guess I am noticable from a far, or atleast Baby Britt is. I wonder if I should tell them the name is Meatwad? hahaha




I also found my line leader very close to me when we were getting ready to walk to the farm.  I leaned over to hear her talking to my belly!!!!!! Maybe a little weird, but I thought it was really really cute! I love my kids :)
