Mema in HI Day 3

Water Play Day

Mema and the Britts hosted a cocktail party after our first day of our week long professional development workshop at WES. Riis was dressed to impress in her new slippers, ladybug dress (thanks Uma!), and ladybug hat. The outfit did not last long because the little tin bucket filled with water was way too tempting ( Riis had her little bum in the bucket and pink boots flopping on the side). Daddy filled a bigger bucket for Riis and she just had a ball. We realized that we may need to invest in a small swimming pool. Riis was the hit of the party and her wish was everyone's command :)

Mema Day 2 in HI

We had a fun filled day with Mema today.

The girls went to Ko Olina for a run and some beach time.

Riis was a great runner in her Bob.

We set up camp on the grass and Riis enjoyed chasing birds, eating lunch, and swimming in the lagoon. Daddy rode his bike from our house to the beach to meet us. We all played in the water and cooled off.

Daddy had to go to work so the girls played in the garden, colored in Riis' new coloring book, and cooked curry for dinner. 

Mema gave Riis a nice bath and we all hopped in bed for story time.

What a great day!

The HI Britts have a visitor.....it's MEMA!!!!!!  Capt. Garrett ordered the visit....WE never disappoint a Marine!!!!!

Dinner Date

The HI Britts had a dinner date tonight with Kenny HI.
We ate meatloaf among other things and had a great time.
Riis was super well behaved during dinner. After her lollipop for dessert we all played with homemade play dough.
