- July 5 started our "No Nuk Days" Riis has not asked for her nuk once and is getting to sleep just fine.
- July 7 Riis pooped in the potty for the 1st (and only) time. She got 3 M&Ms as her reward
- Riis went to the doctor for her 18 month check up and is exactly 3 feet tall (99%)

- Riis and Mommy go running at Ko Olina and have beach days when Mommy is not working
- Riis likes to climb on Mommy's back and ride me in the ocean
- Riis and Mommy swam in some pretty big waves at Cabana beach last week
- Riis and Daddy have been sitting at the kitchen table and drawing like crazy while Mommy makes dinner.
- The whole family goes out side before dinner and works in the yard for a while. Mommy and Riis water and plant seeds. Daddy washes the dogs and digs holes to move banana plants around
